The project adopts a contemporary architectural language, with a flexible massing composition punctuated by softly curved forms. The facade is articulated with clear rhythm — balancing materials, tones, and open voids to produce an elevation that feels dynamic and spatially layered.

The ground floor is designed for commercial use, opening directly to the street and sustaining a sense of energy and continuous engagement. Upper levels unfold through balconies and interwoven greenery, creating equilibrium between the pulse of urban life and a more measured spatial experience.
