Rach Dua Resort in Phan Thiet embraces tropical resort architecture, connecting built spaces with the surrounding coastal landscape. Set on a 4,800 m² site, the three-storey project features architectural and landscape design by NELO.
The façade is defined by a series of tall arches, creating a flowing rhythm across the building. These openings add depth and establish a visual connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Planting along balconies and rooftop terraces softens the architectural forms, while coconut palms frame the resort and reinforce its tropical character.
The restaurant stands out with a sweeping pitched roof and an expressive structural framework. Its open layout creates an inviting setting closely connected to the gardens. The combination of contemporary building forms and a roof inspired by local architectural traditions gives the development a distinctive identity.
The landscape incorporates a swimming pool, pedestrian pathways and outdoor relaxation areas. Greenery links the different functions, provides shade and frames views towards the sea. Terraces offer additional spaces for guests to gather and enjoy the coastal setting.
Through its coordinated architecture and landscape, Rach Dua Resort presents a relaxed approach to hospitality design, bringing together expressive forms, lush planting and open spaces that respond to the character of Phan Thiet.
