HUD Hiep Binh Phuoc in Thu Duc is designed to connect modern architecture with the landscape along the Saigon River. Across the 26.7-hectare site, NELO develops detached villas, semi-detached villas, and shophouses with a consistent architectural language.
Inspired by sunset reflections on the water, the Crystal Peninsula concept evokes the image of a crystalline peninsula. Sharp, angular cuts are translated into bold architectural forms, creating rhythm across the façades. The interplay of light-toned elements, dark surfaces, and glass enhances the buildings’ visual depth.
The villa designs feature large glazed openings, balconies, and gardens, strengthening the connection between indoor spaces and nature. Greenery in front gardens, rooftop terraces, and open spaces softens the overall architectural composition.
The shophouse rows continue this modern design approach, combining commercial frontages with upper-level spaces. The riverside landscape, pedestrian paths, and tree-lined streets create a harmonious setting, reflecting NELO’s cohesive design vision for HUD Hiep Binh Phuoc.
