NELO TALK – NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE

Celebrating Vietnam Architect’s Day April 27th, Nelo Decor organized a workshop for the architects of the company at Liberty Riverside Hotel with topic ‘Nothing is impossible’

At the workshop, Architect Le Duy Van also known as Chairman of Directors of Nelo Decor shared his experiences for 20 years in the industry, guided the young architects a clearer orientation for their careers.

With the motto ‘Nothing is impossible’ and through his own lessons and experiences, Mr. Van proved to the young architect the importance of defining their goals of career orientation.

He sharedFrom the very first day of stepping into the industry, when my friends and the seniors chose to follow a specific style or take any definition as their life notion, I set the conception for myself ưhich never limit my ability, always have to learn, update and create new things as my goal’.

He gave out the advises for the junior architects:

  • First, choose a stable environment to study and improve yourself, have a wiser landscape about the profession.
  • Secondly, acknowlege your weakness and strength to set your plan for developing yourself short term and long term
  • Finally, have a clear notion in your career

He insisted, at Nelo Decor what we do is supporting our clients to make their dreams come true. The dream house is different for each of us and also the concept of our life quality. Ourselve have a wider view and knowledge in our profession but our mission is helping our clients paint their own houses. That is the reason why we should never say ‘no’ with our clients. We have to study and update new things for ourself to have enough material to meet our clients every requirement.

This is the opportunity for the young architects to learn more about their career, acknowledge their insufficiences to improve in their jobs also in life.

The workshop is the beginning for ‘Nelo Talk’ serie at Nelo Decor. The young staffs will be shared the lessons, experiences, efficient working procedure by Board of Directors and the seniors.
