At Ciputra Hanoi International City, NELO developed 30 villa and mansion designs inspired by the elegance of Neoclassical architecture and the relaxed character of Mediterranean architecture. This combination gives each residence a distinct identity while establishing a cohesive architectural character within each precinct.
Neoclassical architecture guides the composition of façades, the balance of proportions, and the treatment of details. Mediterranean influences introduce a sense of openness, enriching the architectural expression. Each villa design responds to the character of its precinct, retaining its individuality while remaining in harmony with the surrounding buildings.
Throughout the design process at Ciputra Hanoi International City, NELO’s architects carefully considered each detail in relation to the overall development. A consistent façade language brings the different villa designs together, creating an elegant and unified residential environment.
Alongside the Neoclassical villas, NELO also developed 65 villa and mansion designs inspired by Art Nouveau, Beaux-Arts, and Art Deco. These styles enrich the architectural variety of the development while reflecting a consistent design approach, with careful attention to each residence and a focus on harmony across the wider precinct.
